What to Do in a Pet Emergency
If your pet is experiencing sudden health issues or has been injured, contact us right away. Our team is available during business hours to offer guidance and help you determine the next steps. In most cases, we can provide same-day care to evaluate and treat your pet. While we are not an emergency clinic, we may be able to stabilize your pet before referring them to an emergency facility if additional care is needed. Whether it’s an injury, illness, or concerning behavior, we’ll help you navigate the situation and get your pet the care they need.

FAQS for Urgent Care Veterinarian
Do you offer emergency overnight care for pets?
No, we do not offer emergency overnight care. We provide urgent care during business hours only. If your pet needs overnight care, please contact your closest 24-hour emergency vet. If your pet requires hospitalization after treatment at our clinic, you will be referred to an overnight facility for continued care.
How can I tell if my pet’s condition is urgent?
Like people, pets should see a doctor if they are hurt or get sick. If you are unsure whether or not to seek veterinary care, it’s always best to call us for guidance. Our veterinary professionals will let you know whether to come in right away.
Can I walk in for pet urgent care, or do I need to call first?
Please call ahead if your pet needs urgent care. Your call allows us to provide immediate guidance, notify the rest of our team of your cat or dog’s situation, and appropriately fit you into our schedule.
Should I bring anything for my pet’s urgent care appointment?
If possible, bring any medical records (if not a current client), medications your pet is taking, and a description of the symptoms or incident that led to the need for urgent care. This information helps us quickly assess and treat your pet. Should your pet be experiencing a true emergency, just focus on getting to our clinic.
